Terms of Service

OddsRise ("OddsRise", "we", "us") is a software service that compares odds, surfaces arbitrage and +EV opportunities, tracks betting performance, and provides sports statistics and educational content. These Terms govern your use of the OddsRise website, dashboard, and related tools (the "Service").

OddsRise is not a bookmaking or wagering operator, does not take bets, hold funds, or set odds. Every price shown on the Service is sourced from third-party, independently licensed bookmakers. Any bet you place is placed directly with that bookmaker, under that bookmaker's own terms -- not with OddsRise. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and terms that apply to you and to any bookmaker you use.

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted to engage in sports wagering activity in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly, as selected at signup) via our payment processor, Stripe. The Monthly plan's free trial, where offered, converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

To cancel your subscription, open a ticket in our Discord server. You can also cancel by contacting us through our contact us page and asking to cancel. If you cancel this way, you must send us your email address (the one your OddsRise account uses) so we can find your subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refund is provided except as set out under the OddsRise Guarantee below.

If your first calendar month as a paying member is a non-profitable month, your second month's subscription fee is waived.

A non-profitable month means a calendar month in which the combined, aggregated results of every pick shared with the OddsRise community across that month -- taken as a whole, not any single member's individual results, staking, or selection of which picks to follow -- would have produced a net loss if each pick had been staked at an equal, flat amount.

To claim the guarantee, contact us within 14 days of the end of your first month. This guarantee applies once per member, to the second month of a member's first paid subscription only, and does not apply retroactively to months already billed. We may decline or reverse a claim we reasonably believe involves abuse of this guarantee (for example, creating multiple accounts to claim it more than once).

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or professional betting advice. Odds comparisons, arbitrage and +EV calculations, statistics, projections, and any other figures shown are informational tools based on publicly available or third-party data, and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome (the OddsRise Guarantee above is a service credit, not a representation that any individual bet or strategy will win). All betting carries risk of loss, including of your full stake.

You agree not to misuse the Service -- including attempting to circumvent subscription gating, scraping or reselling data obtained through the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by OddsRise or its licensors. Odds and statistics displayed remain the property of their respective third-party sources.

The Service is provided "as is". Third-party data (including odds and statistics) may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsRise is not liable for any betting losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and cancel your subscription (by opening a ticket in our Discord or by contacting us through our contact us page, as set out in section 4), at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
