Privacy Policy

Account information you give us directly: name, email address, and password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form -- we never see or store your raw password).

Betting data you choose to track: bets you log manually, upload from a spreadsheet, or sync from a published Google Sheet you connect yourself.

Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We store a reference to your Stripe customer/subscription record, never your full card details.

Basic usage data (pages visited, tool usage) to keep the Service reliable and improve it.

To provide the Service -- running your dashboard, tools, and bet tracking; to manage your subscription and billing; to respond to support requests; and to send you service-related communications (for example, a password reset email).

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make OddsRise work:

• Supabase -- hosts our database and handles authentication.
• Stripe -- processes payments and manages subscriptions.
• Discord -- when you become a paying member, your email address and plan are posted to a private internal Discord channel we use to track new members. This is not visible to other Discord users or members of our community server.

We may also disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OddsRise or others.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and local browser storage for preferences such as completed Academy lessons. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete all of your data -- bets, settings, and account -- at any time from Settings.

Your data is protected by row-level access controls so that only you can access your own bets and settings, and access to the underlying database is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time from Settings, or by contacting us directly.

The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age.

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
